Music and Astrology

There's alot that can be said on this, but I want to resay again, something I've already posted in a small way.

Much of music is based completely on the interactions of "4" and "3".

Simple music, like rock, is most often based mostly or primarily on a 4. That is, all the rhythms are based on the dominant beat that everyone perceives in the music, or permutations of that, such as split and quad-splits  of it, and these are caled "1/8th" and "1/16th" notes.

'Four' as a number in Jyotish rules the quadrants. Quad's are "Vishnu Shtanams" or "Houses of the Male Half (whole half) of God" whereas the Trines are the "Laksmi Shtanams" or houses related to the female half counter-whole of God Herself and Himself.

To make square things in math is easy. Squares are easy to work with, as they are a matrix of clear X and Y points.

But circles require PI, a number related to the unresolvableness of "3", or the triangle, or femininity.

Femininity, Vedicly Speaking, is coming from the need God has, the need felt in pure life, in Divinity, in all that is, for the "other half of itself" which is about enjoying.

Just being perfect, just being in existence, just knowing everything and owning everything, is not fun, and so God needs the unhave-able, the unresolvable, the never ending quandry, which is love, so he invented Radha/Laksmi/Devi, to enjoy, to be with someone, to not own it yet be with it, to end narcicism, to end aloneness.

The breasts of a woman are round. They have two other circles on them, the circle outside the nipple, and the nipple itself, forming a total of three circles or globes, 3 times 3, or "roundness three times" as "roundness" literally is a big fat 3, each layer mounting one upon the other. Two breasts means "two being circular", "two being feminine", tells the man that she is for "two being together to enjoy" because it is NOT the natural male nature "to enjoy" or to remain "unresolved". The male nature is "Quad" or Square, lock it down, make it "solid", no "unresolved issues".

These facts are intrinsically yogic in nature, related to divinity, related to Jyotish, and related to music, and jewelry, like "round white and dark pearls", like small versions of "round white and dark female breasts".

Or how about that big round pregnant belly?

And when men "enjoy" too much, they get something big and round to call their own, often it comes with free tires.

Raja Yogas are the joining of 3 and 4, as is good music, and all forms of pleasure. If you can be a strong four, amongst strong 3's, or a strong 3 amongst strong 4's, and if one can join the other, then 12
occurs in their synergy.

I am further struck by the fact that there are 3 sets of angles, Movable, Fixed, Mutable, and 4 sets of trines, or Fire (first!), Air, Earth and Water (the meek are last).

These combined together make my Moon sign a "Fixed Air" sign, and my lagna the one and only Movable Fire sign. There cannot be two. Of these there are twelve, or the combination of 3 and 4 unique principles, which will always combine to 12 unique combinations of the two.

The Laksmi Yantra, made of so many triangles, is extremely feminine and highly related to feminine sexuality, acceptance of protection from above, acceptance of fortune as the tied to half of another being yet being independent simultaneously, thus living in the constant Ketu zone of choice matching fate, which is the true nature of Prakriti, or "Nature" which also simply means "Feminine". Being Prakriti, as we are too, means to live in that odd space of being simultaneously both fully controlled, and yet being seemingly independent. It's what it's like to be a "dear one", or "a loved one". Our situation is very feminine in nature, since God is such an all time large "Purush" or "Male Enjoyer" entity.

Vishnu and Laksmi, Yadava is Krishnas name, in Hebrew tradition the name of God is "Man and Woman Combined" and it is not said, but sounds an awful lot like "Yadhava" which is a name for Krishna as a member of the Yadu dynasty.

Anyway, the "Star of David" or the "Jewish Star" is also Vedic, and is two triangles superimposed one upon the other, one pointing up, and one down. This is male and female, man/woman, God and All Others.

So as it is in music, it is with love, and as it is with woman, so it is for the soul.

With love and obeisances to the Vedic Masters, humbly hopefully,

Das
